Upstream 希望透過微電影，加強大眾對'「傷健共融」的理念。即使身體有不完美的地方，其實傷健人士同普羅大眾一樣。透過工作能力表現自己。
Through this short film, Upstream aims to champion the principle of social inclusion. We believe that regardless of physical limitations, individuals with disabilities possess the same drive and potential as the general public, demonstrating their value and self-expression through professional excellence.
每個人都有著不同的人生軌跡，每天走著不同的道路。 然而傷健人士要走的人生道路，似乎相對較崎嶇，故事講述 主角 Jason 因為意外失去了行動能力，從此生活上遇上了更多難關。
Every individual follows a unique trajectory, navigating a different path through life each day. For those living with disabilities, however, that journey is often fraught with greater challenges. This story follows Jason, who, after a life-altering accident left him with limited mobility, must find his way through a world suddenly filled with new obstacles.

日常生活中會遇到大大小小的事情，而需要他人幫忙, 幸運的話，會遇到熱心幫忙、守望相助的左鄰右里，道路可能能走得平坦一點。故事描述了Jason 在遇上生活小難關時得到熱心鄰居夫婦 Tom 與太太的日常幫忙，生活多了一點順利。
In our daily lives, we all encounter various challenges that require a helping hand. For those fortunate enough to have supportive neighbors, the journey becomes significantly smoother. This story follows Jason as he navigates life's small hurdles, finding his path made easier by the kindness and watchful care of his neighbors, Tom and his wife.
而事實上，健全人士的人生道路上，並非一凡風順。故事內，盡管 Tom 為熱心機警，卻遭工作伙伴背叛，事業陷入失意。 幸運地得到主角 Jason 憑著專業的會計智識解決面臨清盤的問題。
In fact, on the life path of able-bodied people, they also encounter many bumps. There will always be times when one enters a valley and encounters setbacks...
現實上在社會上，傷健人士也可以活得精彩，更有專業一面。 只要大家願意俾機會身邊每一個人，無論係傷健或健全人士，各人有著自身的才能和價值。
傷健人士也能自強起來，融入社會。以生命影響生命，傷健共融，攜手前行。
In society, people with disabilities can also live wonderfully. As long as everyone is willing to give an opportunity to everyone around them, whether disabled or able-bodied, each has their own talents and value. People with disabilities can also strengthen themselves and integrate into society. Influencing lives with life, inclusion of the disabled and able-bodied, moving forward hand in hand.
